This is a cooperative service of the real estate brokers in an area. They all place their listings in the MLS, and offer commission sharing with other brokers who bring buyers for their homes. It’s efficient, detailed, up-to-date, and accurate.
We have invested a huge amount of time, effort and money in the creation and maintenance of our brokerage website. We market it to search engines and present your home with multiple photos, a virtual tour, and complete information about its location, features and benefits.
Any single website is like a grain of sand on a beach when you compare it to the scope of the Internet. We take your listing information and photos and syndicate them out to other real estate sites all around the Web. From smaller specialty sites to large sites like Trulia and Zillow, we get your home exposed all over the Internet on sites enjoying millions of page views every day.
We run continuous brokerage ads in the local newspaper’s real estate section, as well as several homes magazines. From single exposure to running your home in a group in large full color ads, we will make sure that your home is out there in print for potential buyers to see.
We market in multiple neighborhoods and subdivisions with direct mail. Post cards will go out to your area to let the neighbors know that you’re selling. It’s a fact that there is often a buyer right around the corner.
